A nicely short adventure about two people who have to stop a demon and his armies from destroying the rest of their home planet.
The story itself is interesting and is only 94 pages (being on an iPod), but has a few issues, stemming from being of such a short length. The narrative jumps back and forth between different characters, who don't really have any substance. Simmons shows up randomly to bust Xeria out of jail.
Their relationship develops rather quickly, with no ...real... hints of attraction between. It just states that she feels more and more for him then they're talking about having kids. If there was a different little book, or some prequel chapters to go with it, their relationship would've made more sense.
At this point, having just read it, I dot even know why Xeria was in jail to start with...
