Ivy and her Spider-Boo have finally said "enough is enough! F that queen who doesn't understand no means no", and they are off with their band of misfit toys in search of a HEA; it's a lot tougher than they expected--actually, scratch that, they knew it was gonna be rough.
I am obsessed with Tiffany Roberts and all of their sci-fi-monster-fckry! I honestly never thought I'd read a spider romance yet here I am having read three is the span of 36 hours, and have no shame. Ivy, like the first two books, is still adorable and relatable-I never thought once that she should be abandoned in the jungle. The spiders, all of them, are the most loveable characters in all monstermance-fight me. Even the other humans had admirable quirks.
My ONLY question (and I think I understand) is WHY did Ketahn keep going back??? If I were him, I would've left a sneaky note for the guys, met them in the jungle and laid out the plan. Also, he found himself wrestled to the floor a lot, meh.
Now, I just need to know when the other Spider-Boos get their books...

Ivy and Ketahn have my heart. I love them both individually and together.
I will say, the middle of this book really dragged. There was probably 100+ pages straight of them walking through the Tangle, being exhausted, and Ketahn internally stressing out. It’s worth getting through though because once they reach the thornskulls it’s fanatic and engaging until the end. The climax is *chefs kiss*
I loved every single side character (even Cole grew on me by the end). I was really connected with the characters and invested in their survival and safety.
I cannot wait until the spin-off standalone about Rekosh and Ahmya is released!

Tiffany Roberts has once again proved that it is possible to make a sequel that is better than the previous one without feeling repetitive or unoriginal. At the same time, she has managed to end Ivy and Ketahn's story beautifully with the promise of more to come shortly.
In conclusion, excellent storytelling is accompanied by an original and creative world, a perfect amount of spice at the right moments and lovable characters with ideal chemistry.

I would recommend reading all three books in order and in one go as there are cliffhangers between each books.

Please note that the books contain graphic alien sex (very well written) so please do not read if that is a trigger or a problem for you.
