La idea es muy bonitida but the execution ahí no más, yo quiero entender a Cara pero me cayó mal, a pesar de todo su dolor por lo vivido la siento juzgadora en cierto punto y personalmente esas son las peores personas para mi, aunque la autora la intenta describir como alguien comprensiva, great idea pero mal descrita

This book features Camorra ie a mafia group in Las Vegas. The story features Cara, the daughter of the captain of Camorra and Growl, The bastard son of Capo and present enforcer. Cara is brought up to be a good wife to a mafia man but due to her father stealing from the mafia, she is gifted to the Growl who in turn is ruthless and terrifying.
I am not exactly sure about this book. I was going to DNF it but then decided to complete it and loved the ending. So, it’s not something I enjoyed but I liked it enough. Cara was a good character and was able to bring a light in the darkness for Growl. On the other hand, Growl complimented Cara’s personality. Their chemistry was instant and not something I expected. And most of the time seemed forced to me.
I loved how their love progressed and till the end, they seemed very much in love. Growl was a very deep character and I loved everything about him. Not my favourite book boyfriend but I enjoyed reading about him.
So, I won’t actually recommend this book to read but if you are reading the whole series then might as well read it too to understand the characters and story more.

No esperaba nada, pero nada de este libro y me trajo un plot buenísimo.
Tampoco entendía como se relacionaba la Camorra con NY y la Organización la vdd pero ahora como que empieza a tomar todo forma, eso es lo que me gusta de los libros de cora que no solamente es su historia sola si no una historia global mucho más grande.
Yo se, todos sabemos que Growl no es buena persona ninguno de los mafiosos es buena persona pero la relación que se construyó y empezó a nacer entre él y Cara es muy linda, luego COCO Y BENIT AMOOOO, cositas hermosas que se merecen mucho amor, igualmente que con los últimos tres que he leído hubiera deseado que tuvieran más páginas, espero que sigan haciendo apariciones como uno que otro personaje o mínimo saber que fue de ellos.

4 1/2 stars. MafiaXBeauty and the Beast. Growl and Cara are an unexpected match. I wasn’t sure how everything was going to come together but it was angsty and sweet and always entertaining. HEA tied with a bow!

This was a bit random and it took us out of the main plot of the series.
I enjoyed the beauty and the beast aspect of it but at times it felt a bit boring ngl.
Also Cara was a bit of a weaker character in my opinion.
The aspect of the book was pretty good it's just something in the execution of it that I didn't like, I just can't pinpoint it.
