This is a sweet and spicy age gap, second-chances romance.

Hayley and Adam shared a mind-blowing kiss in college. The problem? He was a professor and she was an incoming freshman! They both knew it couldn't go any further, and did what they needed to fight their attraction.

Years later, they both join the Holidates app, and are finally free to explore the magic the experienced a decade earlier. You also find out the professor has a bit of an alpha streak.

This story has trigger warnings, so definitely heed those. This book was a bit more emotional than others by J. Preston. But still had fun banter, connection, and spice!.

I love this author and devoured this book in a few hours! I was not expecting such an emotional story to go with all the steam but as always Jo delivered!
This story reunites the MCS after years of separation...the timing was just not right but man do they pick up where they left off!
Adam and Hayley navigate through a devastating time in Adam's life and they come out stronger at the end. I am sucker for a story that does not have an unnecessary separation which I LOVED!!!
If you love a sexy alpha male with some kink, Adam surely delivers! The age gap in this one is so hot!
Trigger warning: Illness and death of a parent

I loved Adam and Hayley's story. It's a short but sweet laugh out loud rom-com. This story will make you laugh, cry and swoon. I was happy to see Hayley finally getting her HEA. This is definitely a must read.

J. Preston knows how to write a great rom com! The Sexiest Nerd Alive will have you laughing at their antics one minute, then crying right alongside them the next. Adam was definitely the sexiest nerd with the perfect alpha side. Hayley was a strong heroine that fit Adam’s personality perfectly. This was a short and sweet story that also had me teary eyed feeling their pain as my own.

In this book we see a woman in STEM finally hook up with her boss. Can women actually make it through without a man?
The answer is yes and Haley is an amazing example of this! She’s smart, beautiful, and absolutely amazing. Adam is the hot professor who tries to have morals but can’t deny his attraction to Haley.
I love that they hook up finally even though it is well after she has graduated his class. I love that they are both very successful and that they are able to be together without consequences. Amazing plot line and I can’t wait to read more of Jo Preston’s books.

Adam and Haley meet in college and share a spicy kiss until they discover she's a student and he's her teacher. With difficulty, they stay away from each other until an app brings them back together. Now, both living in the same town, they each join the Hollidate app to find dates for events they need to attend. Their attraction is instant, again. And this time there is nothing holding them back from exploring where things between them could go. But is he just using her as a distraction from the reality of facing his dying mother or is there something more.
This short but steamy, age gap story will have you laughing and crying. Who doesn't love a silver fox? And the numerous "nerd" references keep the book from becoming too heavy while dealing with the subject of a parent's impending death.
