The Beach trap is a stunning story about family, love, forgiveness, sisterhood, and letting go of the past.

The perfect book to read lounging at the pool or on the beach! Beach reads need to be fun, flirty and feel good and this book is just that.

The MCs in this book are Blake and Kat. Blake is a nanny who wants to sell the house she inherited with her sister but Kat is a influencer who wants to keep it. I enjoyed both characters as they were so well written and developed. Their relationship grew so much and I enjoyed the ride they take you on.

This is definitely a romance plus story! It is definitely romance by genre but includes family trauma and acceptance.

Favorite parts- reading it in Destin Fl where I currently am and having one of the MCs where I am from. Love real life connections ❤️

I really liked this book and thought the author did a really good job of differentiating the characters - I was rooting for Blake and found Kat obnoxious. Their stories progressed in a way that made sense for the timeline and I appreciated the different takes on their love lives. Fun book.

Kat is literally the most unlikeable character for nearly the entire book- if I could jump into the pages and scream at her I would

The Beach Trap is a totally fun and engaging read and I love that it introduced me to a new writing duo! I read this book on our June family vacation and it was the perfect beach read. It was easy but also not total fluff, and I loved the inclusion of family dynamics and sisterhood and just a little bit of romance. It was lightheaded but also had enough substance to keep me engaged, the perfect summer read in my opinion!

I look forward to seeing what these authors come up with next! Thank you to Berkley for my gifted copy to read and review!

This was a surprisingly sweet and poignant summer read! I loved Blake from jump, while Kat started out a tad bit insufferable. But, as both girls were grieving in different ways, I came around. I’m happy they both got their happily ever after and I love the found family trope, though I couldve Done with more sex/dual POVs from their love interests. But cute end of summer read!

Really enjoyed the whole story, but my hate for Kat is deep. Felt she needed a slap in the face, along with her mom. Pretty cute read, but be ready for some infuriating moments.
