X-Corp is asked by the Zimmerman twins to escort their new invention to Indonesia. High security & a private jet means Lexi & Slash can't travel together so they take separate flights. Lexi, Finn, & Basia along with a security team are flying to the destination when the private jet is hijacked & crash lands in the jungle. The three of them escape death only to have the Chinese searching for them and the invention. Totally out of their element: Lexi the computer geek, Basia the city girl, & Finn the businessman have to rely on each others strengths and weaknesses to escape the jungle, the Chinese, & death. Will Slash or someone else find them in the wild jungle or will death? Fasten your seat belts for an exciting adventure and startling revelations.

This was crazy, with a hilarious ending! I thought I was going to die from laughing at the end, sheesh. Lexie was awesome yet again. I adore her and this series.

Julie Moffett has done it again! The newest book in the Lexi series is fantastic. Somehow Moffett manages to make her books interesting, action packed and maintain a romance angle without it overpowering the storyline. In this book, we get to see Lexi's and Slash's relationship continue to develop, but it takes a backseat (which is good IMHO) to the adventure she gets into with Finn and Basia. I love how all of the supporting character's continue to grow and develop as well and it's not all just about Lexi. I'm not going to spoil much of the storyline because it's just so enjoyable to watch it unfold in the book. Enjoy!

Another adventure for Lexi! Amazing as always.
Lexi is enjoying her relationship with sexy Slash but realizes he is still keeping so much from her. He does open up to her bit by bit. After a kidnapping attempt in New York Lexi gets her own security detail. She is asked by the company of the Zimmerman twins to bring a new developed chip to Indonesia, but then the plane is hijacked and crashes. Lexi, her friend Basia and her boss Finn are on their own in the jungle of Papoea New Guinea. No Wifi, Google or phones and the bad guys are everywhere....
Read it in a couple of hours and it is as wonderful as the others. Great research. And I enjoy the fact that Lexi and Slash are growing in their relationship, as well as Basia and Xavier. Very well done.
