One of the best books of the year hands down. So many twists and turns you never know what to expect. Oz is creepy and twisted and do messed up, yet the same. Amy was a strong character who I really enjoyed. She was kickass while still having some things morally right about her, which you don't find very often these days. It got a tad bit slow in the middle, but I think it all worked out, because we got to see Amys growth in that part of the book. Dorothy was such a jerk I personally wanted to kill her. And that last twist?! Holy crap. Anyways, go read this its great! :)

Trust no one, and everything is different. We are so not in Kansas...but is it really Oz? A crazy, insane, marvelously crooked tale of Oz. So glad I have book 2 sitting right here...

So happy I got this. It's a keeper. Fun, fun, fun...and dark, dark, dark, just like I like.

Dark and twisted and loved every minute of it. This is a Wizard of Oz extension like no other. Now there are a few scenes that get a bit gruesome ( I get squeamish easily) but other than that it's great. The world depicted in this story is so rich and packed with nostalgia to the original story of the Wizard of Oz. Recommend to anyone who wants to read a great story.

It's a very different take on the Wizard Oz. But over 300 pages in and I reached a point to where I couldn't read any further. I became bored with it.
