This was a really sweet little audiobook that captures so much of the Midwest vibe! I may be a transplant, but I felt right at home with the author’s words and her cheery tone!

Cute, often funny, definitely reflective of a specific demographic, possibly a little too regionally broad, and almost definitely the sort of book that is very fun to read bits of while standing in the aisle at a bookstore or library but harder to actually sit down and read.

Picked this up at my very midwestern childhood library while visiting back home, it definitely humored me especially as I no longer live in the midwest and actually hear these things way less often as I once have. Fun, light, easy read. I think I will buy this for a bathroom / coffee table book.

Very silly. If you are from the midwest you will probably enjoy.
