I read this book back in March and I am just getting to the review due to my children being at home during the shutdown of schools.

Each book keeps getting better and better. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. I picked this book through Kindle Unlimited program.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I give this book 5 out of 5 stars.

I am thoroughly enjoying this series, in the first book we are introduced to Winter and we find out a little of her backstory and her stalker who was dormant, or was her? Book two takes Winter on to her next case with obstacles and hurdles.

However, this book was by far the best yet. Winter's stalker *the preacher* finally ups his game, will she catch him or won't she?
Is this Winter's end?

Very little redeeming of Winter’s character occurred here. She was throughly unpleasant throughout the novel with no improvement or growth. Which is fine but so much was focussed on character development and character dynamics/tension with Aiden and Noah that it detracted from the main story which was fairly flat anyway but more interesting. I really enjoyed the first two novels in this series and for some reason believed this series to be a trilogy but I just noticed there’s 9 books in the series! Wow. Will leave it here for now.
