This is a great short story. I really want to read the Ever After High books series!

Another Ever After High: Storybook of Legends prequel story. I think this one was the most normal of all of them, and also the most endearing. Maddie is a cute character.

This is the only one of the prequel that I have read so far that actually contains a mini-story rather than just an introduction to the characters and conflicts.
I love the expressions used in the story such as tea-rific and wonderlandiful. It adds to the silliness of the story, which makes it so wonderful.
It was also cool to see a Shakespearean character pop up in the series.

I like that this short story added to the overall Ever After High universe that Hale created. Maddie is bubbly, sweet, slightly crazy character who helps her father run his Tea Shop. Maddie and Briar's stories are the only one of the short story series that I feel really adds to the whole concept. Cute, free read that does well introducing the character but would be very disappointing as an actual "story."

Short

It was very short and left me worth sevaral questions. It also didn't describe the characters back ground much. Like why in the world was she in ever after if she's from wonderland

I adored this story!! I love the fact she is the daughter of the mad hatter and it was super awesome to imagine the mad hatter having his own tea shop. I loved the character of Maddie Hatter, she is really lovely and the kind of person you would want to be friends with. Also her best friend is Raven which is also one of my preferred intros I've in this series so far. Not too much happened in this story, but it was really cute, and it definitely makes you feel good. Also I love the way that she is the daughter of the mad hatter, because typically (based on the way this series and the way the characters are going, you'd think she would of had a different name and been the daughter of Alice.
