This used to be my least favorite out of all the books in the Harry Potter series.  That's definitely not the case anymore (I'll give my new ranking for the series once I finish the final book).  The Voldemort backstory stuff (which I found rather boring before) is SO GOOD now.  The ending is extremely emotional and leaves you excited to read the seventh novel.  Just one more to go!

Harry had a lot of adult putting even more weight and responsibly on his shoulders and honestly has more expected of him than anyone else in this universe. It was annoying that everyone and the kitchen sink knew that there was more information that Dumbledore was keeping from Harry but no way to figure it out. Interesting to see Harry with a new perspective with Ginny and Slughorn. Ginny plays such a bigger part than the movies let on!

Probably my least favourite of the series, the romance wasn't written very well and the plot wasn't very interesting. It felt quite rushed, like a filler book. However, it was still interesting and did reveal more about Voldemort's past.
