This book broke me - massive book hangover. A must read - delicate, harsh and filled with love.
I loved all of the narrations - showcasing each character, granting them time to develop and build a relationship with the reader. Complexity and intentions - a failing marriage, a loving marriage; narcissism, utter lack of self concern; enjoying and celebrating cultures, racism.
You become enthralled - heightening the tragedy.

So far, I'm really enjoying this book (at 30% now). It does have some heavier themes though so it's one of those that I have to pick up and put down rather than smashing out in one or two days. I can tell this will likely be either a4 or 5 star read for me though which is exciting
