I really loved this - all the body types featured made me incredibly happy and I feel like we need more books showing that a range of bodies can be beautiful. I was especially thrilled to see female-presenting humans with hairy legs and a person featured with scars from top surgery. I could see this really opening up a conversation about body positivity between parents and kids.

Finally - a picture book about bodies that isn't just about loving yourself. Rather, this colorful celebration of different kinds of bodies truly embraces all kinds of representations. The book depicts bodies of all manner of sizes engaged in all kinds of activities, from swimming to walking down the street. I love that the book includes not only different races, but different gender presentations, abilities, as well as depicting different physical characteristics (such as body hair, glasses, and birthmarks). My only quibble is that the illustrations can sometimes come off as cartoony and dilutes the overall positive, enthusiastic spirit of the book. Overall an inclusive addition to any picture book collection.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this book. I love how all body types are represented and celebrated. Perfect book for the stage of life when kids are observing all of the differences around them.
