I'm sorry but I'm not sure I got this book. It was well written even though the 2nd person tense was difficult to read. I did enjoy it to start with but then I got bored. Not for me, I'm afraid.

An intriguing story of a man in the final countdown of his life and what or why he may have done to deserve the death penalty. Includes POVS from various key players of his life.

Could have done without the use of "noxious" in every other page.

This was an incredibly written book. With the killer’s pov constant throughout the novel, I was impressed at how the author managed to use the female perspectives in the book to create a uniquely feminist take on a story of homicide. Each character felt fully fledged with the story leading up to each one’s pivotal moment. The ending was extremely powerful and felt like a satisfying conclusion.
