Although this is more of a report than a guidebook on decluttering or minimalism, Flanders still included a list of things to do if you also wish to embark on this adventure to not spend money (on things you don't need) for a year.

Author's issues focus on binging and using alcohol, food, and spending to numb feelings. This book is focuses more on the author's own issues (memoir) than a useful guide for me (I do not have the same triggers as her). I find the writing to be quite repetitive.
