Very lovely story!!! I always worry with Doctor Who books that they’ll get the characterisation wrong, but the author captured the Doctor and Clara really well, and this concept was a perfect way to explore their dynamic. It was also a really interesting idea to have a companion witnessing the fleeting nature of human life in the same way the Doctor does! And that post credits scene?? Ouch!!!
