I really need to read more Green Lantern comics, this series is awesome and I want more. The mythology of the first lantern and how the rings were made is fascinating and I love how far Simon and Jessica have come in their own personal journeys. Looking forward to the next volume.

This was so good omg!
So it starts with Jess and Simon going to Mogo and training with Guy and Kyle and love the interactions between all of them and for Jess how Kilowog helps her and it is a massive character development for her and I just love it and then finally seeing their dynamics and going with Rami on some mission only to find Volthoom and what he has been upto and seeing the origin of the first lantern and how tragic it is, you kinda feel bad for him and yeah the battle to come in the next volume will be epic and also hints as to who the first GLs were and I just love that!
Its one of the best GL volumes and just shows how immersive Humphries is building the GL mythos and doing great things with them and also showing the character development of both Simon and Jess with amazing art, every issue feels like Rocha and Cliquet are getting better and better!

I like Simon and Jess and would probably enjoy a straight forward series where they are rookie Green Lanterns working a bit. What I don't like is a constant diving into Lantern past and cooking up new/old kooky villains. Pass.
