3.5 stars? Idk, I really liked this book at first, but then it got repetitive & offered more research than possible solutions.

listened on audiobook. I do not normally listen to this genre of book, but heard this one mentioned on a podcast and it sounded interesting. Not a bad book, somewhat boring and repetitive at times. I found a lot of the history and research studies interesting.
