This is my favourite so far! Much better writing than the first two, and the story is getting interesting. I love the way the characters are growing and changing into who they will become.

ummmm i don’t really know what to say except for now i can read clockwork angel! (which is honestly the only reason i read the first 3 books)
okay, so again, i really only had one major issue with this book. jace and clary. i’m sorry, they’re relationship just made me so uncomfortable. i mean in chapter 9 they literally start making out. let me remind you: THEY THINK THEY’RE SIBLINGS. i knew that twist was coming, but it took like 80% of the book to finally be revealed. so that’s like 80% of CoG plus 100% CoA where they (and the reader) think they’re related, yet they’re still 100% dtf and they don’t even care. i’m just happy that all that is over now so i’ll probably be able to enjoy the next books more, but i still don’t think i can ever ship jace and clary.
characters i like: simon( i’m sorry, i love him)! magnus! luke! maia, i’m definitely interested in her character (i listened to the audiobook, but i think that’s how she spells her name)
characters i hate: jace. i’m sorry, just some of the things that come out of that boys mouth
