It's like a croissant of a story all layers folding in on themselves.
The language St John Mandel uses is so very beautiful. This made me feel like I was reading prose and literature with capital Ps and Ls.

My dad recommended it to me so I knew it was gonna be cray. But I was not prepared. I don’t want to spoil the mystery bc the mystery and confusion about it is one of the things that made it so good but like moon colonies and time travel and suspense 🌝🌝🌝🌝 like wow. I recommend reading it on paper bc when the dots start to connect I wished it was easier to flip back and forth and just ogle. Great writing and plot. A bit of a flat ending but it’s alright tbh
