A very useful book for those who are new to and/or are exploring their Non Monogamy. I think the authors did their best to be very inclusive of many different people/genders/life styles (as best as cis white women can). I don't think it's the "end all be all" for Non Monogamy books but it's a fantastic starter!

It felt a little hippy dippy there at the end.
Part 1 and 2 of the book was really informative about different types of people on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and different types of realtionships. It was more of a relationship self help part of the book. I really liked that part of the book.
Part 3 and 4 was on communication and poly relationships. Communication is key in any relationship and gave great advice. The this is how you should open your relationship had great advice but it seemed a bit repetitive.

A little over-the-top at times, but such a good exploration of the norms and boundaries we automatically place on our relationships without much thought. Lots of great advice on love, support, empathy, dealing with jealousy, etc... Helpful no matter what kind of relationship you're in.

Great for beginners, more review for those who have been non-monogamous for awhile. I would highly recommend this to noobs, but even so, it still helped me with some stuff. :)
