Overview
A comprehensive list of every book that has been longlisted, shortlisted or has won the Booker Prize since the Award's inception in 1969.
The list also includes, as bonus prompts, titles considered for 'The Lost Man Booker Prize' which was awarded in 2010. In 1971, judges decided to award the Prize for the year of publication, rather than present the award retrospectively. The Award ceremony was also moved from April to November. As a result, a significant number of books published in 1970 became ineligible for consideration. The 'Lost Booker' sought to redress that omission by hosting a one-off special award in 2010 for books published in 1970.
