Another Olivia Atwater book giving me a book hangover.
I adore the characters so much. They are unique and well written. I love Winnie so much. I love how pragmatic she is and how hard she tries to keep moving.
I think this book didn’t have as strong of a romance as her other books but that it was still sweet and just what it needed to be. I think that Mr. Quincey seemed a little removed and distant thought I do think that is part of his character. And that is only a slight complaint. I really love it and I think that it was just right for the story told. And I had so many kicking my feet and giggling moments. I think that the romance just developed a little later than I’m used to.
The plot was good. And I’m excited to see where it goes in the next books! And I was not excepting this book to end in a cliff hanger.
I really can’t wait for the next one to come out!
