The Day Wall Street Exploded: A Story of America in Its First Age of Terror by Beverly Gage

4.0

not out for a while but i got my paws on a galley after reading the Mike Davis book that starts with a description of the titular essplosion of Wall St. not too spicy but a quick read. got me even more fired-up for some Louis Adamic deep-tissue research. Also, how has there not been a maudlin Hollywood epic about Sacco and Vanzetti yet? Oh, that's right, because of McCarthyism.
