The Soul of a Woman by Isabel Allende

3.0

This book felt like a super informal chat about Allende’s life. Her writing is beautiful and I genuinely felt like we were sitting and talking together. I enjoyed how honest and open Isabel was. While this was a short read, I felt like it was very baseline feminism. I wish there was more depth and nuance with some of the things discussed in the book.
