Exercise, Stress Management, and enhanced healing with supplements in detail but also how to prep our body for the vaccine, which is the need of the hour.
this book not only talks about people dealing with covid but what are all the necessary steps, vitamins, and supplements one should take post covid, Focusing and balancing our diet with a good amount of protein and healthy fats can help the body fight corona. This book has a diet chart for nonvegetarians and vegetarians, what all vitamins one should take and what all we can eat during this time.

According to Dr. Vee Taking up vaccines doesn't mean we should stop taking precautions and be careless, yes vaccines will help our immune system to fight off covid but it does not give us an excuse to be careless. this book also talks about the steps one should follow before taking up the vaccine.

My take on this book is, this book is the need of the hour! We have to be careful, do not believe in fake forwarded news, lately, within 1 year of covid, we all have heard so much fake news that it's hard to differentiate between what is right and what is wrong. we cannot call our doctors every hour asking their opinions on every small thing, in that case, this book comes in handy.
