This book had so much of the things I love to see in finales. It felt like so many things started in the first book came to fruition and together in this book. This book was so good it almost makes the other two look kinda bad. Like... this is definitely the most plot heavy of all the books and the dialogue is so good and the twists are shocking and it’s kinda like “we could have been reading writing like this the whole time????” Idk, maybe it’s because I really didn’t like Book 2 that much that this feels even better.
However, this series is undeniably good and original and the characters are so complex and compulsively lovable and the stakes are appropriately high and the devastations appropriately devastating. I am so glad to have read this and experienced it and I feel like I’ll be disappointed soon knowing that I will never be able to read this for the first time ever again.
