Captive by R.J. Lewis

Nothing beats the feeling of finishing a really good book ♥️ This may not be everyone's cuppa, but it was definitely mine. This was also my first RJ Lewis book and I already have some of her other books lined up to read next. Her writing style is definitely something up my alley. This wasn't as dark as I expected and the story was easy to follow. I was fully immersed from the beginning. This was a long book but I felt that it was too short.

The hero, Nixon, was definitely book husband material if you're into the obsessive-possessive type (which I am). I loved him. I really liked the heroine, too.

The crew was definitely notable as well, though Hobbs was my favourite.

Loved this book, loved the characters, loved the writing style.
