Brady left Hope behind long ago with no plans to come back but after tragedy strikes his family a short stay is just what is needed. Forming no bonds is really his plan but he can't seem to walk away from baker Megan, and her pastries. What started as a pastry and coffee addiction became so much more even thought Brady really was looking for something light and temporary. Megan was hoping to meet someone she felt a connection with but temporary resident Brady wasn't exactly her plan. Brady feels that connection too but when it comes to reevaluating his plans, he's not sure if he's ready to give their future a try. Can Megan convince him that giving love a chance is worth it? Loved the continuation of the series, great characters with an emotional connection.
