Resistance by Julián Fuks

2.0

The thing I liked most about this book was how it was bound - the chosen font and quality of the paper made it a joy to hold. However, I wasn’t a fan of the content of the book itself. Resistance is an over-complicated mismatch of a story - sort of about be protagonist’s parents, sort of about the protagonist’s brother, sort of about the protagonist himself...it felt clunky and very try-hard and somewhat pretentious. I didn’t extremely dislike it, but it’s the exact opposite of what I look for in a story, and I’m relieved that it was only 154 pages so I could finish it quickly.
