(A-) 83% - Cleaning is Hard

Synopsis: An immortal magical child who owns an ENTIRE island, flies days (weeks?) to procure free maid service from unsuspecting children. However, when tragedy strikes (said children grow up) and all looks lost, our hero manages to strike a deal to procure free maid service from the entire bloodline, therefore allowing the trusty male protagonist to defer cleaning indefinitely and do other manly things.

For a 100-year-old book, this did not age too bad and added some elements I wasn't familiar with from mainstream television/movies.
