This one’s for the girls who hate the patriarchy, don’t trust men, but also want a man.
I felt the romance and the heavier elements balanced each other well. No graphic descriptions of abuse or assault, although it is discussed throughout the book via regency era innuendo. It pulls together some plot elements from the previous book in the series, but works as a standalone novel as well.
