I was really excited to read this because I’ve loved most of Lynn Painter’s books so far, but this one was just okay. I had just finished reading Accidentally Amy, which has the most delightful and witty banter between the main characters. I think this book was just not nearly as funny or witty by comparison, and it dragged a bit too much for my taste. I also agree with another reviewer that there were too many TS references for my taste (also coming from a Swiftie).

I gave The Do-Over and Better Than The Movies both five stars, but this was a solid 3, maybe 2.5.
