Straight forward romance, exactly like I was expecting. A good light plane read, which suffered from characters doing weird things to further the plot that felt out of character.  Example,

The dinner table scene where his foot was doing things... I couldn't picture in what configuration that worked 😅 also it just felt like a bizarre response to jealousy and her response to it as well.
