The film will forever be my favorite, I practically know it by heart. I believe that the changes they made, though, made sense in such a perfect way that the source material (this book) just fell a little behind. That, or I'm just biased because —I repeat— the film will forever be my favorite.

As a book on its own tho (not in comparison to the adaptation), it's alright. Starts a little slow, but when it picks up, you fly through it. I'm glad I read it. Pretty enjoyable.
