I LOVED this book!! Butch was one of my favourite characters from the beginning of the series and so it was great to see his transformation from the start in Dark Lover.
I also felt that this book held the balance between the worlds of the lessers, brotherhood and normal world. In previous books, it was sometimes disjointed and I was racing through the lesser discussion in my rush to read more on the brothers! In this book, I felt that the different realms were really coming together and the pace and flow of the story was excellent.
The relationship between Butch and V was tactful and considerate to its readers and was a development that was unexpected and intiguing.
My favourite book of the series so far!
