Naruto, Vol. 22: Comrades by Masashi Kishimoto

4.0

I really like that Neji changed his mindset about the world and peoples existence after his fight with Naruto, even if it's a bit funny that it took him a beat down to change. Something else I like about Neji, and the Hyuga's in general I guess, is that their special ability has a weakness. Sure they're able to compensate for it, but it ads tension to the story that they need to find work arounds. Also the dude he fights technically spits on people which is gross.
