All's Fair in Love and Scandal by Caroline Linden

4.5

Douglas isn't the marrying kind until he makes a wager to determine if Madeline Wilde is the infamous Lady Constance and winds up becoming her friend and finding her fascinating instead.  Madeline on the other hand holds herself aloof from everyone since her husband died a few years back and while she tries her best to put off Douglas he slowly worms his way into her good graces.
A fun little novella used to marry off the FMC's brother from book 1 and it was just as much fun as the rest of the series has been so far.
