Firstly, how has this book been out since 2017, and I knew nothing about it???? I found out about cause how’s it’s been hyping up on TikTok recently and I thought it was pretty recent, apparently not. But omg it was just so good!!

I don’t particularly enjoy second chance romances, because of the whole back and forth scene, but I’m lately finding myself reading them a lot. This one was just done so well! I could clearly see the love Jonathan and Kennedy had for each other from the first page. They were soul mates, they lost their way but found each other at the end and that’s all that matters.

I particularly loved the scenes when they had to figure out their life themselves and start anew. It showed how much Jonathan loved Kennedy and would do anything for her. This book made me cry a couple times because of how they were clearly in love but still were struggling due to an addiction. It’s just so sad seeing them go through it. But Maddison was a great addition to the story. I loved how Jonathan took on the father role and did everything to had that bond with Maddie.

Loved the book. Books like this makes me love reading more. Pick this one up if you wanna feel all the feels.
