“Terms and Conditions” is the second book in Lauren Asher’s Dreamland Billionaires Series. This book focuses on Declan and Iris and is a contemporary romance that involves fake dating and a marriage of convenience.
Declan Kane is destined to become the next CEO of his family’s media empire, however, in order to fulfill his grandfather’s inheritance clause and earn the title, Declan must start a family. Iris is Declan’s assistant and decides to help Declan grant his grandfather’s wish by marrying him.
I loved The Fine Print and then I read Terms and Conditions and I fell in love all over again! Declan has my heart and I love how Lauren wrote such a strong character in Iris. The character development is beautiful and the plot is really well written. I appreciate how Lauren Asher always includes diverse identities in her novels because not often do readers see themselves in the books they read, but Lauren makes sure to highlight us. Terms and Conditions is filled with diverse representations and it flows extremely well. There are so many amazing moments but I don't want to spoil anything. All I'll say is this book is easily 5/5 stars. I loved every moment of it and I cannot wait to read Cal’s story in the final Dreamland Billionaire book.
