Lily Baines is a Y Station operator who is sat at her wireless station listening out for German transmissions so she can record them and send them off to Station X aka Bletchley Park, when all of a sudden she intercepts a transmission which is out of character.

The reason for its unusualness is its in English and normally traffic is encrypted after listening for fourty minutes she realises that the transmission is from the future 2023 to be exact.  Matt Jackson is a US Navy Radio Operator and he is given a package from 1943.

The package contained a Ham Radio transmitter and he talks to Lily where he helps convince her the win will be won by the allieds and she convinces him that they can prevent what she heard all they need to do is wait and see how it plays out.
