"Just like humans eat, sleep and r@**, curses manifest instinctive behaviors as well. We might have gained reasoning but that doesn't mean we should deny our impulses. Spirit is a blend of impulse and reason. You shouldn't be told by others how to balance the two." - Mahito

The stakes felt super high in this one! I was totally here for it. I wanted more of our cursed speech user, Inumaki, but that's just me probably. He shined more in this than previous volumes but I just really love his character.

Though I am still utterly confused by cursed energy sometimes, and no amount of explanations can change that, I still loved it! I especially loved that idea of the spirt, hence the flowery quote from Mahito in the beginning of this review. I am definitely into the idea of energy and cursed spirits and that's a big part of why I like this series so much. But, at the same time don't ask me how Gojo's domain expansion works or how what the heck Black flash is.
