I don't understand the appeal of this book and the title feels wrong to me. The first third of the book was painful to get through. I did not enjoy the writing style. I got through it after giving up on it multiple times because it was the only fiction audio book I had downloaded and it helps me get to sleep.
I don't feel like I know any of the characters. The main character needs therapy. The last few chapters looked like things were improving. then they leave it with Francis telling Nick to come get her, like they are going to get back together again even though they haven't addressed any of issues
A better title would be "How to avoid conversations"
