This 'book' could have been a 3 page document.
Hal, STOP TRYING TO SELL ME ON YOUR MIRACLE MORNING. I ALREADY PURCHASED THE BOOK. I'M RIGHT THERE WITH YOU.
The idea works though, I'd had several productive mornings. I'm also much more calm (as you can clearly see in this review).
