Even all the cheating (with weak excuses) and the slutshaming that makes up 90% of this book, I would have been able to move on from this, not thinking about it ever again.
But then came the proposal... And now I will remember this book everytime marriage/proposals are being mentioned. Who hides a ring in his mouth, to then procede to *suck* at the girl's finger to put the ring on it with his tongue... I need counselling after this.
