When The Grave Calls by B.L. Brunnemer
1.0
Awful. I really didn't want to finish this book. I regret spending money on it but it was an accidental knee jerk reaction because I used to love this series. Somewhere around the book where they went to New Orleans it seemed like the author was struggling with this book. And this book and the one before it have been awful. So rushed! So many side characters that take away from the storyline of the main characters. Does anyone really care that much about Tara or Jessica? Why do we spend so much time reading about them and so little about the 6 that started this series? We are hardly in Lexie's pov anymore.
Not to mention, a lot of the characters have regressed greatly in maturity and honestly I don't see them all fitting together in a relationship. They don't mesh as well as they did in the first 6 books.
Just not feeling it and I don't think the author has been for a long time.
