K I can officially say that Mr. Daryl Banner is my new favorite author! Excited to continue this series especially bc I’m listening to it & Chambers & Crisden did a fabulous job with book 1 so I’m confident that I’ll enjoy the next stories. Tanner & Billy/William Jr are just adorable characters. I greatly appreciated that there wasn’t a 3rd act break up or prolonged attitudes. Still on the fence about the side characters but I do expect to come to love them as I dive further into the series. Listened via Hoopla.
