Romance wasn't really real... Maybe if we had heard from his side of the story it might've made more sense.

Main character doesn't really have to try much of anything, just has to be willing to do what is right. Her clumsiness and naivete is very annoying. I do like that she stays true to herself in the end but I feel someone as naive/ childish wouldn't have actually been smart enough to do what she did.

The plot and fairytale-like story was actually really interesting and I wish it had been given more then a grumpy-wizard and annoying witch to accompany it.

I really don't like that they called him the dragon.... He WASNT a dragon and I totally thought he was for a good portion of the beginning of the book.

I actually liked all the side characters. The prince was evil but not completely, the best friend was complex and had an interesting story, the Falcon wizard wasnt good or bad and did what he thought was best for the most part. I found them all to be interesting and realistic compared to the main characters.
