i have to say i’m a sucker for the bowie film labyrinth and this book truly gave me the same feelings the film does. freya was such an interesting protagonist and while i wanted to shake her sometimes, it was impossible not to cheer her on. i really enjoyed this and it might be my favourite of hamm’s writing that I’ve read!
Moderate: Drug use
Minor: Kidnapping and Death of parent
