Decided to give this one more because one of the creators said it had the best artwork yet and while I kind of agree, I’m also still very frustrated by the storytelling. This gives us a necessary bit of backstory for our leads, but there’s still too much going on in each issue. This needs to slow down and focus on character over world-building for a moment to make us CARE. Not sure I’ll read another issue.
